The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Observance of Secrecy of the Ballot)

The bill (Reg. No.2518) prohibits the voters to use mobile phones, cameras, camcorders, other special devices by means of which photo or video can be taken in the moment when an elector fills in a ballot at the polling booth.
